Matina Building is located on one of the best known shopping streets, Stasicratous in the centre of Nicosia, , parallel to  Makariou Avenue, a well known  avenue the  business & shopping centre of Nicosia outside the walls . It is close to offices, banks , shops and bus stops that service  many directions in Nicosia.  It is not far from the main building of the University of Cyprus at Kallipoleos avenue.

In the area  close to the building are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, fruitmarkets, bakeries, restaurants ,  as well as fast -food take aways, cafes, but also branches of Electricity and Telecommunication Authority. Thanks to its central location, its tenants have central Nicosia at their feet, that is, one may easily visit the whole of central Nicosia on foot.It has parking facilities for its tenants for the evening between 7p.m and 8 a .m.
